Alumni Facts and Figures

HSE Alumna Tatiana Kalmykova interviewed the head of the delegation of the EU in Russia and stays at the heart of all world affairs

Tatiana Kalmykova studied at HSE’s Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs between 2010 and 2014.  She had to face a traditional way of preparing for exams – sleepless nights, searching for information in books, on the Internet. During her fourth year, she started working for RIA Novosti, which marked the commencement of her real career in journalism. Our correspondent Buzy At Yeboah talked to Tatiana about studying, media and international relationships.

HSE Alum Sergey Kuznetsov Transits Your Information Into a Product

Sergey Kuznetsov graduated from the World Economy and International Affairs Department of HSE in 2010. After this, he gained experience in international trade and private consultancy. He is a founder of a transcription services company, which is now entering foreign markets. Why do people need their speech to be written down? Sergey did  a business from this question and we made an interview with him.

HSE Alum Kesha Zamediansky Doesn’t Believe in Adults’ Rationalism and Feels Happy

Kesha Zamediansky graduated from the Department of World Economy and International Affairs.  Following that, he pursued a Master’s program in «Media production in creative industry» with the Department of Communication, Media and Design.  Kesha studied a diverse range of subjects in both departments that helped him to found his own theatre, establish High School TV and still be a child. Kesha doesn’t wish he was six again. He explained why.

HSE Alumna Irina Erokhina got an exciting chance to leverage her passion for travel in a startup project

HSE Alumna Ira Erokhina doesn’t surf the net when choosing a place where to relax with friends. Irina is a CEO at Localway – a personalized travel and entertainment information search platform. Localway is recommended by Google  and by Read Square. If you want to explore Moscow, Ira will give you an advice where to go.
