XXI April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development is cancelled

Due to the measures introduced in Moscow on account of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Dear participants of the April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development,

We regret to inform you that HSE University must cancel a number of events within the framework of the conference due to the measures introduced in Moscow on account of coronavirus.

On March 11, HSE University Academic Council decided to provide the participants with the opportunity to present their papers either remotely or at one of the special events that will take place at a later date. On March 12, the Programme Committee agreed to hold the conference in a distributed format, using the capabilities of the website and possibly live streams. Detailed information about the new format has been emailed to each participant.

If you wish to receive an official document confirming that your report has been reviewed and included in conference programme, please contact the Organizing Committee at interconf@hse.ru, with 'Official Confirmation' in the subject line. Please specify your name, affiliation, job title, and paper title in your email.

To receive a refund of the registration fee, please contact the Organizing Committee at the aforementioned email address.
