Call for papers in the journal Economic Modeling
The Center for Financial Development and Stability at Henan University (CFDS), the Beijing Normal University Business School (BNUBS), and the School of Economics at the University of Cape Town (UCT) are jointly organizing an Open Access Special Issue on “Poverty and Inequality: Evidence from the BRICS and Beyond”.

Professors from BRICS NU gave a block of lectures in HSE
In the beginning of December 2018 4 professors from 2 partner universities – University of Cape Town and University of Campinas – visited HSE and gave several lectures to the students of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs and also provided the plenary sessions on the meetings of HSE African Club and HSE Latin American Club.

Third BRICS Network University conference was held in the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, from July 5-7, 2018.
The conference was organized by the South African Ministry of Higher Education and Training in association with the University of Stellenbosch. The theme of the conference was “Unlocking BRICS Universities’ Partnerships: Postgraduate Education Opportunities and Challenges”.
