Fyodor Alexeev spoke at the 6th International School on Development Challenges at the University of Campinas

A Junior Research Fellow at the Laboratory for the Economics of Climate Change, he presented a draft research article in collaboration with a Brazilian colleague as part of the School’s programme.

Together with Flávio Vinius Ferreira, a doctoral student at the Institute of Economics of the University of Campinas, Fyodor Alexeev presented a paper project entitled "Green Industrial Policies and Regional Climate Cooperation: Insights from Brazil and Beyond". The article aims to examine the extent to which the green industrial policies of Brazil, Chile and Mexico create the conditions for regional climate cooperation in Latin America. The project received high praise from the expert committee and was awarded first place in its section.
