Irina Strelnikova Participates in RIAC Discussion on Prospects for Russian–Mexican Cooperation in the Arctic
During the discussion, experts examined the role of non-regional actors in the Arctic under current geopolitical conditions, the region’s resource potential, Mexico City’s interests and objectives, climate change, the potential for joint Russian–Mexican research initiatives, and the prospects for future investment cooperation and technological exchange between the two countries.
