Third edition of the expert and analytical handbook Africa 2025: Prospects and Challenges was presented at the SPIEF
The publication, prepared with the support of Innopraktika, was presented by Anastasia Pavlenko, Deputy Executive Director - Director for Strategic Partnerships of Innopraktika during the Russia-Africa session on June 19, 2025.
In her speech, Anastasia Pavlenko spoke about Innopraktika's support for the e-Governance Knowledge Sharing Program implemented by the HSE Center for African Studies since 2022.
"Initially launched in the format of the Winter E-Governance Knowledge-Sharing Week for African officials, the Program has become a platform for communication and knowledge & experience sharing. One of the areas of research is the implementation of digital technologies in the agro-industrial field to ensure food security in African countries. And the analytical work has been continued up to this day. For example, the team of experts of the HSE Center for African Studies has recently prepared the third edition of the expert and analytical handbook Africa 2025: Prospects and Challenges. This is a comprehensive analytical research of various aspects of the development of African countries, which, of course, contributes to the achievement of mutual understanding between Russia and Africa”, - Anastasia Pavlenko admitted.
The foreword was prepared by Olusegun Obasanjo, a Nigerian politician, former President of Nigeria, mediator for the African Union, East African Community (EAC) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
The publication was also given to the African participants of the SPIEF, in particular, to Paul Mashatile, Deputy President of South Africa.
