The authors investigate aluminum shaped charge jet (SCJ) penetration into an aluminum alloy target at 8–11 km/s velocities. The analysis of kinetics, penetration parameters and structures of cavern surfaces formed after the penetration show that at velocities exceeding 9–11 km/s, the hydrodynamic character of the penetration changes due to the melting of the interacting materials. When during the penetration process SCJ velocity exceed 9 km/s, porous layer of aluminum nanospheres with 20–100 nm in diameter form in the penetration region. The results obtained are appropriate for developing spacecraft shield protections against most dangerous space fragments.
The expansion of three-circuit Matrix of Core Competencies (MCC-3C) methodology aimed at improving supply chain (SC) efficiency in an innovative company is examined. It is demonstrated that analysis of production and development factor groups as part of the MCC-3C model, when analysing the supply chain structure, makes it possible to distinguish the criteria for decision-making on allocation and optimising the utilisation of competencies involved in the company’s activities. Approaches for determining the applicability limits of qualitative theories and formation of quantitative assessments are proposed that allow justifying the structure of internal SC and positioning in external ones. An example of the MCC-3C methodology application in the SC design of an international company producing final hi-tech products is provided.
Due to the need to reindustrialize the domestic industry at the post-industrial stage of development, it has become necessary to implement megaprojects aiming at the qualitative makeover of the national economy. The purpose of this paper is to develop an industrial megaproject risk management model and methodological support based on a comparative analysis of existing approaches and using Russian and international experience. The research has resulted in two megaproject risk management models: a fragmentary model and a comprehensive one. A risk mitigation potential analysis for ongoing megaprojects has been performed confirming the efficiency of use of the comprehensive megaproject risk management model. The suggested comprehensive risk management model allows taking into consideration the main distinctive feature of modern megaprojects, i.e. multiplicity of management entities operating on the basis of the partnership principle.
The article presents a comparative analysis of the nature and content of the concepts of risk and business reputation of the organization. The factors that may affect the process of digitalization of the economy in Russia are identified. Defined the inter-relationship digitalization of the economy and the business reputation of industrial companies. The refined definition of risk suggests considering risk as an economic phenomenon, which is an integral element of all socio-economic processes that occur in the organization, and is able to lead the system out of balance and, consequently, either improve its performance, or lead to undesirable losses, or destroy. The complete concept of business reputation is that it defines it as a stable representation in the minds of contractors of the organization (consumers, government agencies, suppliers, commercial banks) about the good faith of the fulfillment of its obligations, a high level of quality of the products of the efficiency of the implementation of business contracts. The interrelation between increase in business reputation and growth of competitiveness of the industrial organizations is shown. The proposed quantitative index for assessing the level of goodwill by the dynamics of the revealed violations of the organizations in the industry. The dynamics of this indicator of industrial organizations of the Russian Federation in 2011-2017 is investigated. Such directions of reducing the risk of business reputation of the industrial organization of the Russian Federation as the development of tools for motivating personnel, the intensification of the use of professional psychological assistance for employees and management of industrial companies, the movement of their business reputation in social networks, the improvement of PR-companies of industrial enterprises, the development of self-regulatory organizations of the industry and the intensification of their activities in the management of the process of ensuring business reputation. The necessity of formation of independent qualified ratings of business reputation of domestic industrial companies formed in the context of sub-sectors of a particular sector of the economy and regions of the Russian Federation is shown.
