A. Kyobe worked extensively on Emerging Markets in the Strategy and Policy Review Department. A. Kyobe has undertaken numerous other assignments, including in the Fiscal Affairs Department and working on Djibouti, Lebanon, Jordan, Poland, and Russia.
A. Kyobe holds a Ph.D. from the George Washington University in the United Sates and McGill University in Canada and joined the Fund in 2009.
