Accommodations and Fees

This page will provide you with our Fee policy and calculations of further expenses related to your visit to Moscow.

Please notice that on July 8, 2108 amendments to Russian migration legislation regulating the registration of foreign citizens coming to the Russian Federation came into effect. The most important change: you now must be registered at the place where you actually live. Foreign citizen must be registered within 7 working days since arriving to Russian Federation. Your registration shall remain in force for the entire duration of your stay.

  1. If you rent an apartment, you must register there by submitting an application to the appropriate local branch of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (MIA). Please note: the MIA only accepts documents from apartment owners. So, you need to contact your landlord with a request for registration at the address of the rented apartment where you are residing.
  2. If you live in a hostel or hotel, administration must provide the registration to you automatically upon your arrival. Please ask for it in advance.

NB! Violation of the terms regulating your migration status entails deportation from Russian Federation with a possible ban on entry, as well as a fine of 2000 to 7000 rubles, depending on the region.

Enjoy the preparations and do not forget to put on the warm socks.
