How to have your grades and credits transferred into the Individual Study Plan (ISP)

1. Course List
Contact your Study Office for a list of the disciplines you should take during your study abroad.

2. Form Completion
Fill in an application form to have your grades and credits transferred and send it to Centre for International Cooperation (cic_we@hse.ru, eshklyaeva@hse.ru). We will answer you within 3 working days.
The courses you select at the host university must align with HSE courses as follows:

content (at least 75% overlap) or expected learning outcomes (at least 75% overlap)

the number of credits for each course at the host university must be more than or equal to the number of credits for the HSE course

foreign language courses are not eligible for credit transfer; they must be studied remotely. In the credit transfer table, please indicate «remotely»

the «Legal Literacy» course is not eligible for credit transfer and must be studied remotely at HSE

course descriptions from the host university must be in Russian or English

3. Preparation of the Individual Study Plan (ISP)
After approval of the disciplines, you need to prepare Individual Study Plan, consulting with the Study Office.

4. Application for Mobility
After receiving the final ISP, fill in an Application for participation in academic mobility and a Consent form for outgoing academic mobility. For more details, visit: https://studyabroad.hse.ru/en/documents1/. In the case of an internship at one of the Faculty's partner universities, please specify the Director of the Center for International Cooperation, Yulia Prokhorova, as the mobility coordinator. These documents must be submitted to the study office.
