Youth Innovation Competition on Global Governance (YICGG2025) by Fudan University

Fudan University (China) invites students to participate in the international Youth Innovation Competition on Global Governance. Application deadline: April 28, 2025.

YICGG (Youth Innovation Competition on Global Governance) is a platform for young innovators interested in addressing global challenges and developing innovative solutions in the fields of peacebuilding, international cooperation, and sustainable development. The theme for 2025 is: AI for Peace. YICGG2025 will be held from July 22nd to 29th in Shanghai and Beijing.

 

Within the framework of the competition, participants are invited to explore the application of AI in the following areas:

•  AI for Peace Building

•  AI for Peace Communication

•  AI for Peace Shielding

•  AI for Peace Education

•  AI for Peace Promotion

 

The competition consists of several stages, including:

•  Developing and presenting creative proposals on global governance.

•  Participating in debates and discussions in a "World Cafe" format.

•  Developing and defending a project report on a relevant topic.

•  Delivering short presentations in the "Ignite Talk" style.

 

Competition Schedule:

•  Application Submission and Proposal Submission: Until April 28, 2025

•  Announcement of Finalists: May 17, 2025

•  Confirmation of Participation in the Second Round: Until May 22, 2025

•  Registration for "Ignite Talk": Until June 5, 2025

•  Final Events: July 22-29, 2025 in Shanghai and Beijing
