The Second Call for international student mobility as part of university-wide agreements

in Fall 2018 is open from February 26.

You may view a list of HSE partners’ programs open for applications at: https://studyabroad.hse.ru/en/round_2_Fall2018/. This list is updated as applications submitted to the First Call are considered.

The application procedure is as follows:

1. An application for a given program shall be closed once the required number of applications equal to the number of available spots has been received (without consideration of the documents by a selection committee);
2. Only one application for one program may be submitted;
3. Only document packages that have been correctly compiled and submitted may be allowed for selection; the quality of applications will be taken into account.
