Professor A.Lukin’s Article in “Regional Security Outlook 2020”

Professor A.V. Lukin, the head of the International Laboratory of the World Order and New Regionalism, the head of the Department of International Relations, published the article “Russia’s Approach to Security Architecture in the Asia Pacific” in the “Regional Security Outlook 2020” prepared by the Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP).

The article discusses the factors that contributed to the increasing role of the Asia-Pacific region in Russia's foreign policy and analyzes the Russian approach to the formation of a security architecture in the Asia-Pacific. It examines Russia's position on the Indo-Pacific concept promoted by the USA as well.
