А. V. Lukin with a new article in the newspaper “Nezavisimaya”about the XX Congress of the CCP

On October 27, 2022, Professor A.V. Lukin, head of the Department of International Relations and head of the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, published a new article in the Nezavisimaya Gazeta.

Professor Lukin talks about the changes in the Chinese Communist Party after the end of the XX Congress and what are the prospects for development. He also focuses on the influence of the Congress on Chinese politics and what this means for Russia.
