Alexander Marchukov’s speech at the international forum in St. Petersburg

On October 4, 2023, Alexander Marchukov made a presentation on the topic “Comparative analysis of public diplomacy of the EU and China in Latin America” at the VI international forum “Russia and Iberoamerica in a turbulent world: history and modernity” at St. Petersburg State University. 

This scientific event is held under the auspices of the Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences and traditionally brings together a significant number of Russian and foreign participants involved in the study of socio-political and economic processes in Latin America.
