Seminar 38. International Panel: “Building Confidence and Security: BRICS and the World Order”

On Wednesday, May 17, 2023, the Department of International Relations and International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism of the National Research University Higher School of Economics held the 38th session of Eurasian Online Seminar. The seminar was held in the form of discussion panel.The topic of the seminar is “Building Confidence and Security: BRICS and the World Order”.

Pawan Anand, Major General (veteran), saw active operations on Line of Control and in Counter Insurgency operations, awarded Ati Vishisht Seva Medal by President of India. Qualifications- PhD (Management), Double Masters (Master’s in Strategic & Security Studies; and Master’s in Management Studies), BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Currently- a Mentor at the Indian National Defence College (Strategic Studies), Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Distinguished Fellow and Head of Atma Nirbhar Bharat Initiative, United Service Institution of India.
