The International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism is an integral part of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs. It aims to fulfil its members’ research potential in the study of international politics. The Laboratory is headed by Alexander Lukin, PhD., ScD., Head of HSE School of International Affairs. Furthermore, University of Kent’s Richard Sakwa, PhD., is a leading foreign researcher at the Laboratory.

On December 10 at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism the book by Thazha Varkey Paul - professor at the department of Political Science at McGill University (Canada) «Restarting Great Powers.
