Georgy Kutyrev’s speech at the conference “The USA and Latin America: topical issues of history and modernity”

On March 2, 2024, Georgy Kutyrev, researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism of the Higher School of Economics gave a speech at the All-Russian scientific conference with international participation “The USA and Latin America: topical issues of history and modernity” with the topic of “Cooperation in the field of security of the EU and Latin America: history and evolution”.

The aim of the conference was to discuss the acute issues of history and modernity related to the international relations of the US and Latin America, exchange views, strengthen the scientific cooperation of the higher education institutions and the individual scientists of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to improve the professional and scientific qualification of young scientists.
