“EU and Latin America Security Cooperation: History and Evolution” - new article by Georgy Kutyrev

The Science Journal of Volgograd State University has published the article of the research fellow of the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism (HSE University) Georgy Kutyrev.

This article analyzes the process of security cooperation between the European Union and Latin American countries from the perspective of historical institutionalism and methodological tools proposed by the Copenhagen School. The author highlights the main stages in the development of relations between these two regions, starting with early initiatives in the sphere of political and economic support and moving on to deeper cooperation in the field of security.
