Participation of Georgy Kutyrev in IX international conference of civil society researchers

Kutyrev Georgy, Researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, National Research University Higher School of Economics, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations, took part in the conference «Transformation of the Third Sector in the Digital Age», which was held on October 20-21, 2020 on the topic: "Civil society, political parties and social movements in the countries of the Iberian Peninsula".

In his speech Kutyrev G.I. examined the characteristic features and characteristics of the party systems in Spain and Portugal and their close relationship with social and political movements. It was noted that the factor of civic activity in society influences the quality of governance and the formation of modern political norms and institutions to a much greater extent than other factors of social and political life.
