The 27th Session of Eurasian Online Seminar with Vladimir Lukin

On Wednesday, October 20, 2021, the Department of International Relations and the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism of the National Research University Higher School of Economics held the 27th session of Eurasian Online Seminar.

Our guest was one of the leading Russian experts on International Relations Ambassador Vladimir Petrovich Lukin. The topic of his talk is “A Multilevel World and a Flat Worldview”. Ambassador Lukin discussed various ideological approaches to the processes of globalization and deglobalization in contemporary world. His talk was based on an article written for an upcoming special issue of Russian Politics journal which was prepared in our laboratory.
