A discussion with Fedor Lukyanov and Sergei Kislitsyn on the issue of forecasting international relations in a crisis

On 8 November, more than a hundred people attended a meeting of the Lantern Discussion Club created by the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism at the HSE and FOUR magazine. The discussion took place in the new format called Let’s Go Serious. 

The experts, namely Fyodor Lukyanov, Editor-in-Chief of Russia in Global Affairs journal, and Sergey Kislitsyn, Head of the Arbatov Institute of the USA and Canada, discussed whether international relations scholars are able to make forecasts.
