Dmitry Novikov commented on Western assistance to Ukraine
As part of the RTVI News report, Dmitry Novikov, deputy head of the Department of International Relations and deputy head of the Laboratory for Research on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, commented on Hungary's position on the issue of providing assistance to Ukraine.
According to the expert, the position of Budapest may even be beneficial to the EU.
