S.Karaganov in the MSC Core Group

Dean of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, HSE S. Karaganov took part in the MSC Core Group Meeting in Vienna from June 16 to 17, 2015, which is organized in partnership with the Government of Austria and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

The MSC Core Group Meeting 2015 focused on the European security challenges, including in particular the crisis in Ukraine and the West-Russia relarions.
The high-level Panel of Eminent Persons meeting took place during the MSC proceeding, with the participation of Wolfgang Ischinger, Chairman of Munich Security Conference.
