Oleg Golishnikov Wins ‘Euro-Atlantic Security: The Role of the OSCE in the Changing World’ Essay Contest

On June 18, 2015, the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) announced the results of the ‘Euro-Atlantic Security: The Role of the OSCE in the Changing World’ essay contest for young foreign affairs specialists. The RIAC organized the contest as part of the Helsinki+40 project.

Oleg Golishnikov, an Asian Studies master’s student at HSE’s Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs took the first place in the competition. Russian and international jury members highly assessed his essay ‘SMART Strategy for OSCE in a Changing World’.
