Pavel Prokophyev, the 2012 graduate, about his studies in Bologna University
I have been studying in Bologna University for almost a year- from October 2009 to August 2010. I applied on the faculty of political science "Roberto Ruffilli" in Forli and chose the courses connected with my interests: federal systems, federalism in EU, international affairs, foreign affairs of Soviet Union and Russia. Most of the courses were in Italian, two of them were in English.
There is an opinion about a drop in the quality of Italian education; however, I could not say that about the Faculty of political science in Forli. A rich library, active students and opened lectures, all in all a perfect atmosphere to dip yourself into science.
I would like to mention a beautiful region Emilia Romagna. I could visit famous Italian industrial districts, met the heads of regional business associations, and listened to their stories.
Of course, I managed to travel around the region. The most memorable were journeys to the Alba Island and to the Bari town.
I highly recommend searching for international study programs like this, which give a lot of academic and life experience!
