11th meeting of the CICA Research Centers Forum

On August 28, 2023, Head of the Department of International Relations, Head of the International Laboratory for Research on World Order and New Regionalism, Professor Alexander Lukin delivered a report at the 11th meeting of the Forum of Research Centers of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA).

The meeting was held in Xining, the administrative center of the Chinese province of Qinghai, and was devoted to the topic "Creating Asia of mutual learning and win-win cooperation: the role and mission of CICA". Representatives of the leading research centers of the CICA member states took part in it. The event was held in a mixed format and was organized by the Shanghai Academy of International Affairs, the Foreign Relations Office of Qinghai Province with the support of the Chinese Foreign Ministry. Alexander Lukin's speech was held online as part of the first session "Mutual learning of civilizations and the path to coexistence between CICA member states" and was devoted to the interaction of civilizations in a multipolar world.
