The Round Table on Latin America and the Caribbean with the participation of leading experts from the US, Brazil and Russia

The round table “Global Geopolitical Transformations: Opportunities and Implications for Latin America and the Caribbean” was held on October 30, 2023, in Moscow in a mixed format.

During the scientific event experts on Latin America from the US, Brazil and Russia discussed the place and role of Latin American and Caribbean countries in the modern system of international relations.

The organizer and moderator of the meeting was Prof. Ekaterina Kosevich, who delivered the opening speech “Latin America in the context of world order 2.0: limited autonomy and niche integration”.

The round table was attended by leading foreign and Russian Latin Americans. 8 reports were presented at the scientific event, each of which caused a lively discussion among more than 45 participants present:
