Speech by Alexander Lukin in Changsha (PRC)
Alexander Lukin spoke and conducted a seminar for teachers and students of the Defense Science and Technology University of the People's Liberation Army of China. The lecture was devoted to the topic “The structure of the modern world order and the causes of modern international conflicts.”
On December 18-19, 2023, the head of the department of international relations, head of the International Laboratory for Research on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, Professor Lukin spoke and conducted a seminar for teachers and students of the Defense Science and Technology University of the People's Liberation Army of China. This university, located in a city in Changsha, Hunan province, is one of the leading in the country and is subordinate to both the Central Military Council and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The lecture by Alexander Vladimirovich Lukin was devoted to the topic “The structure of the modern world order and the causes of modern international conflicts”; the events were organized by the University’s Center for International Problems. The professor also held talks on possible cooperation in the field of joint research and exchange of teachers and students.
