Anniversary HSE University Model UN 2024
On February 13, the solemn opening of the HSE University Model UN 2024 took place at the Cultural Centre. Participants of the Model UN were greeted by the heads of the secretariat, Vice Rector of the NRU HSE, Dmitry Zemtsov, Dean of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, Anastasia Likhacheva, Professor of the School of International Affairs, Olga Puzanova, as well as Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Deputies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Lilia Romadan.
The Anniversary Model UN featured 12 committees. Over the course of the week, more than 230 delegates have been honing their diplomatic communications skills and analyzing the global political agenda. The committees' main task was to draft five different official documents. The program of the Model UN also included holding of the MUNFEST with the participation of student initiatives.
The fifth HSE University Model UN 2024 ended with a ceremony of awarding certificates to the best committee delegates.
