Meeting of Anastasia Likhacheva withCounselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea Kim Sewon and the new Director of the Moscow office of the Korea Foundation Lee Somyung
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for developing cooperation between the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs with the Korea Foundation and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. Among the topics discussed were the expansion of internship opportunities for students of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs in Korean universities, potential places for pre-graduate internships in Korean companies in Russia, the provision of academic literature by the Korea Foundation for the Korean corner at the faculty, and joint scientific and educational events with the assistance of the Korea Foundation.
On the Russian side, Denis Shcherbakov, Academic Supervisor of the HSE and Kyung Hee University Double Degree Programme in Economics, Politics, and Business in Asia, and the HSE University and Kyung Hee University Double Degree Programme in Economics and Politics in Asia, B.S. Chang, Programme Deputy Academic Supervisor, and Pavel Leshakov, Head of the Korean section of the School of Asian Studies, also attended the meeting.
