Egor Osin, a fourth-year student of the International Relations and Global Studies (IRGS) programme, took part in the international BRICS Legal Studies School 2025, held from 4 to 9 August in Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais, Brazil). Egor shared his impressions of the trip and spoke about the support he received from the programme.
In early June, students of the International Relations and Global Studies (IRGS) programme reached a major milestone — the defence of their final qualification theses. For students, it is the emotionally charged culmination of years of hard work; for the programme, it is a key benchmark, reflecting the growth of a new generation of international affairs specialists. And for all of us — it’s a moment of genuine pride.
A new academic initiative between the World Faculty at HSE University and the Federal University of Minas Gerais, supported by the International Relations and Global Studies programme (IR&GS), was launched with an online seminar focused on the BRICS currency architecture. This event marked an important step in building a strong academic partnership between the two institutions.
