The Online Conference of Young Researchers at the V International Conference – The World Majority in New Realities: The Regional Dimension

The Online Conference was held on December 1^st and consisted of two parts: «Joint session of PhD students of Dalian University of Foreign Languages and HSE University» and «Sections of young researchers». The first part was dedicated to the reports of PhD students of both universities, their exchanging views and finding new ideas. The second part was focusing on research of masters’ and bachelors’ students. The directions of the presented research touched on various regions such as Central, South, Northeast and Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, Latin and North America.

Most of the participants were representatives of the HSE University, Moscow State University, Saint-Petersburg State University, The Diplomatic Academy of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation. More than thirty reports carried out by young researchers from various universities were presented. Among the best reports were: “The comparison of Russia-Myanmar and China Myanmar Bilateral Relations in XXI Century”, “Creative industries protection a driver for domestic film production development: case of China” or “New stage of the Genesis of Capitalism in Colonial Korea: The Korean Village in 1919-1926”. Each section was accompanied by an active discussion.
