Joint Intergovernmental Russian-Algerian Commission to spread a word on e-Governance Knowledge Sharing Program

On January 30, 2025, the 12th Joint Intergovernmental Russian-Algerian Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation took place in Algiers. 

On behanf of the Program, the meeting and expert consultations were attended by Andrey Maslov, Director of the HSE Center for African Studies and coordinator of the e-Governance Knowledge Sharing Program; Deputy Director of the Center Vsevolod Sviridov, and expert Philip Grinin.

HSE University presented the e-Governance Knowledge Sharing Program aimed at technology and skills transfer in the field of e-Governance between Russia and African countries. It also called for further scientific cooperation with Algerian universities and for joint participation in the field of e-governance.  The Algerian side expressed its interest in the Program and hopes for deepening ties.
