The English-language publication serves as a guide to e-governance in Africa, provides an overview of its countries’ digital development, as well as trends and common challenges and their possible solutions in areas such as cybersecurity, e-governance, solution integration, AI, smart city, etc.

“So, we must congratulate Russia for having done this very comprehensive work, in a very objective and transparent manner. The data and the book are for Africans. I’m pleased to announce that for the next edition, we’ll be working together to cover all African countries”, - said Moctar Seck, Head of the Innovation and Technology Sector at the UN Economic Commission for Africa.

At 153 pages, the handbook consists of 10 chapters and includes 43 country timelines and 55 infographic illustrations.
