HSE University and UNECA signed an agreement on strategic cooperation
The main focus of the Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) is on strengthening cooperation in the field of e-Governance in Africa.

Center for African Studies and representatives of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) signed cooperation agreement on the margins of the Africa WSIS+20 Summit in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Andrey Maslov, Director of the Center, and Seck Moctar, Head of Innovation and Technology Sector of UNECA, participated at the signing ceremony.
The parties agreed to jointly review and amend the architecture of the e-Governance Knowledge Sharing Program for African officials and arranged to plan, prepare, and issue the yearly handbook «E-Governance in Africa». They are also going to organize academic exchanges and support educational programs in the field of information technologies.
