On Wednesday, October 27, 2021, the Department of International Relations and International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism of the National Research University Higher School of Economics held the twenty-eight session of Eurasian Online Seminar. The seminar was held in the form of discussion panel. The topic for discussion was “The Politization of the Covid 19 Pandemic: Views from various Countries and Regions”.

On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, the Department of International Relations, the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism and Bulgarian Club of National Research University Higher School of Economics held the 26th session of Eurasian Online Seminar.

On March 16, 2021 Ekaterina Kosevich, PhD in Political Science, Researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism at the Higher School of Economics, a specialist in Latin America, delivered an online lecture at the International University of Valencia (VIU, España) on the topic “The place of Latin America in the foreign policy interests of Russia at the beginning of the XXI century.” (“Lugar de América Latina en los intereses políticos exteriores de Rusia a principios del siglo XXI”).

Kutyrev Georgy, Researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations, writes a chapter titled “Institutional Challenges for Security System Building in Greater Europe ” in the collective monograph “The Future of Greater Europe.
