On 9 December 2025, as part of the 7th International Conference “The World Majority and the West amid Geo-economic and Civilizational Transformations,” a session of the section “The Politics of Memory in the Regions of Russia and the World” was held. The session was organized by the School of Regional Studies of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, HSE University, in partnership with the Institute of Regional Historic Studies of the Faculty of Humanities, HSE University, and the Institute of Scientific Information for Social Sciences RAS (INION). 

On December 9, 2025, as part of the VII International Conference " The World Majority and the West amid Geoeconomic and Civilizational Transformations", a session entitled "Northeast Asia: Lines of Confrontation and Competition between the West and the World Majority" was held. It was organized by the School of Regional Studies of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, HSE University in partnership with the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ICCA RAS).

The round table "Quo vadis, Iberoamerica? The Ibero-American World in the Context of Global Transformation and the Shift Towards Multipolarity" was held as part of the conference "The Global Majority and the West in the Context of Geo-economic and Civilizational Transformations". It brought together researchers from Argentina, Brazil, Honduras, Spain, Colombia, Russia, and Uruguay to analyze the region's political, economic, and social dynamics amidst global changes. The Round Table was held in partnership with the Institute of Europe RAS.

The session was organized by the School of Regional Studies of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs, HSE University, in partnership with MGIMO University’s Faculty of Financial Economics and the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech).

On 28 November 2025, an expert and academic seminar entitled “International Cooperation on Climate Change: Current State and Future Prospects” was held. The event was organised by the Institute for Macroeconomic and Regional Studies (Uzbekistan) in cooperation with the Institute for Economics of Natural Resources and Climate Change at HSE University, with the support of Gazprombank.

On October 26, Professor Olga Volosyuk met with graduates from Indonesia who graduated from the "Socioeconomic and Political Development of Modern Asia" Master's program on the sidelines of the International Jubilee Conference dedicated to the 70th Anniversary of the Bandung Conference.
