On December 1st, the School of Regional Studies of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs of the HSE University received Latin American diplomats and scholars to conduct a debate the role of the region in the formation of a multipolar world. The debate “Latin America in the Context of Formation of the World Multipolarity” was held under the auspices of the 5th International Conference “The World Majority in New Realities: the Regional Dimension”.

The section was held on November 30, 2023. It focused on building a conceptual framework for regional studies as a separate scientific direction.
