Professor Karaganov was invited as a speaker to the international annual ‘Athens Seminar 2018’ (21-23 June)

A new article by Prof. Karaganov, Doctor of History, Dean of the School of World Economics and International Relations at the National Research University–Higher School of Economics, Honorary Chairman of the Presidium of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy.

Faculty of World Economy Professor and Senior Researcher of the HSE Lab on The Study of International Order and the New Regionalism Andrej Krickovic participated in the workshop “Cyber Security Futures in A Global Context” organized by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the UC Berkeley Center on Long-Term Cybersecurity (CLTS) in Munich May 23-24, 2018.

Akiko Sato was invited as a specialist in the Asian economic perspectives to the ASEAN Conference in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) on April 25.

On April 4 Professor Andrej Krickovic presented his paper “Russia’s Reactionary Revisionism” as part of the panel: “Is Russia a Revisionist Power?” at the International Studies Association’s annual meeting in San Francisco. Members of the panel included John Mearsheimer (University of Chicago), Richard Sakwa (University of Kent), M. Steven Fish (Berkeley), Andrei Tsygankov (San Francisco State University) and Andrei Sushentsov (MGIMO). Alan Cafruny (Hamilton College) served as chair and moderator.
